Requires:

• Ho-Oh on your roster and any Pokémon with Ruby Shard attached to unlock the tower.
• To be able to battle the Pokémon must be with Ruby Shard attached.

Moves Restrictions:

• Only moves that share a type with your Pokémon are allowed.
• No moves that cause confusion, to either you or your opponent.
• No moves that only change a Pokémon's status or stats.
• No one-hit K.O. moves.
