Exp Freeze

What it does: Any Pokemon holding Exp Freeze will not receive any experience points from battling. If used on your starting Pokemon while using Exp Share on a Pokemon in slot 2-6, your starter will receive 0% EXP while the Pokemon in slot 2-6 will receive 100% of the EXP.
Where to get it: Found after beating 
Articuno in battle; small percentage to find it.
