Finding and Unlocking Requirements

Where can I find the Gyms?

  • The Gyms are located in the Pokemon Battles section of TPPC. It is on your left, below the Fun Rooms. The Gyms are organized by their regions

How do I unlock Rematch Battles?

  • To unlock Rematch Battles, you must first beat the corresponding Gym Leaders at least once, for the Rematch Battles to appear.

How do I know if it is a Rematch Battle?

  • Instead of <Insert City Name> City Gym on its name, a suffix of -Rematch! is added. You will also notice an increase in the Maximum Level allowed. Remember that any gym with a limit will not allow a Pokemon over that level number to participate in the battle.
  • Example: Cerulean City Gym's usual Level Limit is 25. In Cerulean City Gym - Rematch!, the Level Limit is increased to 75.

I can't have a Rematch Battle with them even though I already beat them. Are you sure?

  • This is because the schedule of the Gym Leaders are cycled to a day in the week.
  • Example, a Rematch Battle with Brock, Falkner, Roxanne, and Roark will only be available on Thursday. Based on my observations, this is their timeschedule:
    • Monday
      • Sabrina Rematch (Max: 129)
      • Jasmine Rematch (Max: 390)
      • Norman Rematch (Max: 915)
      • Fantina Rematch (Max: 1530)
    • Tuesday
      • Janine Rematch (Max: 144)
      • Chuck Rematch (Max: 426)
      • Winona Rematch (Max: 1005)
      • Byron Rematch (Max: 1590)
    • Wednesday
      • Blaine Rematch (Max: 165)
      • Pryce Rematch (Max: 465)
      • Liza & Tate Rematch (Max: 1065)
      • Candice Rematch (Max: 1650)
    • Thursday
      • Brock Rematch (Max: 60)
      • Falkner Rematch (Max: 255)
      • Roxanne Rematch (Max: 630)
      • Roark Rematch (Max: 1290)
    • Friday
      • Misty Rematch (Max: 75)
      • Bugsy Rematch (Max: 285)
      • Brawly Rematch (Max: 705)
      • Gardenia Rematch (Max: 1350)
    • Saturday
      • Lt. Surge Rematch (Max: 105)
      • Whitney Rematch (Max: 315)
      • Wattson Rematch (Max: 765)
      • Maylene Rematch (Max: 1410)
    • Sunday
      • Erika Rematch (Max: 111)
      • Morty Rematch (Max: 345)
      • Flannery Rematch (Max: 855)
      • Crasher Wake Rematch (Max: 1470)

What about the 8th Gym Leaders of each Region?

  • The 8th Gym Leaders have an indirect timing, and only appear at a certain week in a month. When they appear, they replace the time of the 1st Gym Leaders, and move them to the next day. The first Gym Leaders (Brock, Falkner, Roxanne and Roark) will now be on Fridays instead of the usual Thursdays and so on and so forth.
