Finding and Unlocking Requirements
Where can I find the Gyms?
- The Gyms are located in the Pokémon Battles section of TPPC. It is on your left, below the Fun Rooms. The Gyms are organized by their regions.
How do I unlock Rematch Battles?
- To unlock Rematch Battles, you must first beat the corresponding Gym Leaders at least once, for the Rematch Battles to appear.
How do I know if it is a Rematch Battle?
- Instead of <Insert City Name> City Gym on its name, a suffix of -Rematch! is added. You will also notice an increase in the Maximum Level allowed. Remember that any gym with a limit will not allow a Pokemon over that level number to participate in the battle.
- Example: Cerulean City Gym's usual Level Limit is 25. In Cerulean City Gym - Rematch!, the Level Limit is increased to 75.
I can't have a Rematch Battle with them even though I already beat them. Are you sure?
- This is because the schedule of the Gym Leaders, which rotates in a cycle.
- The cycle goes in order, with the exception of the 8th Gym Leaders per set.

What about the 8th Gym Leaders of each Region?
- The 8th Gym Leaders appear only on a certain day each month, pushing the cycle off a day. This day is currently not known. Once the cycle restarts, the first day will be skipped.
Suggested Strategies
As TPPC makes changes each day, no strategy is permanent for a certain situation. But through my progress in beating them, I shall share to you readers the Pokémon, Items and Moves that I have used to succeed.
Suggested Pokémon

Giratina - A Great Pokemon for use. Has STAB on some of my prefered moves.

Slaking - This has great HP and Attack. Don't forget the nerf on DarkSlaking whenever at TPPC Day time.

Dragonite - Same as Slaking.

Gengar - A fast Pokemon. Good for landing hits first.
- Goldens - As Goldens have better increased stats, any Golden would do, if they are on the correct level.

ShinyDialga and 
ShinyPalkia - Good Pokémon.
Suggested Items
- Leftovers - The best healer Item.
- X Speed - Have a chance to hit your enemy first with this item equipped.
Suggested Moves
- Recover - A vital support move for your Pokemon. Use this whenever needed.
- Flatter / Chatter - Confusion not only makes a move a chance to miss, but also to hurt your opponent as well.
- Shadow Force / Dig / Fly - Pick your favorite on this one. A chance for your opponent's attacks to miss.
- Thunder Wave - Paralysis is best among your opponents. Not only to paralyze them, but also to be first on attacking!
- Draco Meteor - I suggest this move when facing Dragon Types using either Giratina or ShinyDialga/Palkia.
- Close Combat - Inflicts high damage to your opponents.
- Giga Drain - For those Water/Ground Pokémon immune to Thunder Wave.

- The Item "Team Boost" does not work in any of the Gym Battles.
- The Gym Champion in the Hoenn Region does not have any Rematch Battle.
- Sunnyshore City Gym - Rematch! gives the highest payout money of $6750.
- Every Pokémon owned by the Gym Leaders use the version 8 moveset. This consists of the moves Psychic, Crunch, Cross Chop, Hyper Beam, Rock Slide, Icy Wind, Shadow Ball, Flamethrower, and Thunderbolt.
