What is the Training Challenge
The Training Challenge is a new challenge added in V8. For the next month, you will only be able to use one level 4 or level 5 Pokémon in one-on-one TPPC Training Challenge battles. Your Pokémon will be compared with the Pokémon of every other trainer in the TPPC Trainer Challenge every day.
How do I enter
To enter the challenge, select one level 5 Pokémon in your box. For the next month, you will only be able to use this Pokémon in one-on-one TPPC Training Challenge battles. At the end of the month, your Pokémon will be compared with the Pokémon of every other trainer in TPPC Trainer Challenge. If your Pokémon has the most experience, you'll win the contest and a special prize Pokémon on the first of the month!
What are the prizes

Currently the prizes for Training Challenge are a Shiny, Dark and GoldenSnivy for the winner and a Shiny and DarkSnivy for the runner-ups until the fifth place. The prize for the Training Challenge from 9/1/2010 until 8/1/2011 was a DarkCroagunk.
Additional Information
Pokémon competing in the Training Challenge can only battle in the Training Challenge. They cannot participate in any other TPPC battles. If they attempt to enter another TPPC battle, they will automatically faint. Your training challenge entry can be swapped, but it can not be sold or traded.
