What it does: Unlocks 
Azelf (You must attach the Valor Band in your starter and go to map and find them in the bottom of the page). It breaks upon use.
Where to get it: Trading in Team Stat points: 5,000,000 Team Points (3,750,000 if your Team controls the Power Plant).
