Beside the Forums where you can talk and trade with people, you can also go on the official TPPC channel. You can go on the TPPC Chatrooms at http://tppcrpg.net/chat.php (requires Java installed on your computer), or you can go on it with an IRC.

TPPC's Chatrooms

If you don't want to use an IRC program, you can use the java applet here: http://tppcrpg.net/chat.php?Rules=Read

1. As soon as you get there, READ rules first THEN click on Continue onto the Chatrooms

2. If you have a page like this with an applet missing, go on http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp

3. Download and install it.

4. Back in the chatroom, repeat the step 1.

For people who are using Firefox, if it doesn't work after you installed Java, please go unable it:

Firefox > Tools > Adds-On ; Click on the Plugins tab, Enable the 'Java (TM) Platform'

5. When there's a pop-up about JAVA APPLET by PHILIPPE DETOURNAY, select RUN.

6. Then there will be another pop-up asking you if you want to block it, select NO.

7. Then you will get into the server automatically, for channels, see 'Joining TPPC official channels' from the mIRC part.

Internet Relay Chat (IRC) is a protocol for real-time Internet text messaging (chat) or synchronous conferencing. It is mainly designed for group communication in discussion forums, called channels, but also allows one-to-one communication via private message as well as chat and data transfer, including file sharing. KVIRC

KVIRC is a GNU project, it's totally free, there's a mini welcome screen that look like that: (Link) if you want to skip it, you just click on it.

X-Chat

http://xchat.org

It should be free, so just download it. Originally, you get free trial, but just keep re-downloading every time your trial ends until it sticks. Once you have X-Chat, you want to edit the Network List and get rid of all of the networks already on there unless you actually want them on there. In order to join with a nickname already set, add your information in the top spaces. You want to click 'Add' to add a network and you can name it something along the lines of NoixIRC. Once that is added, highlight it and click 'Edit' so you can add the actual address of the Noix network where TPPC is at. As stated before, it is currently sentinels.noixirc.net. Be sure you check the 'Connect to this server only' box. Under Favorite Channels, add #TPPC and #TPPCTrades in order to join them immediately when you connect to the network. If you have a registered nickname, type in your password so it will identify you automatically. Be sure the network saved, and connect!
