What it does:
- Unlocks
Deoxys (You Must attach the DNA Strand to your starter and go to map and find them in the bottom of the page).
- Turns Deoxys Attack, Defense or Speed back to the original form by defeating the Evolution Gym with DNA Strand (breaks upon use).
Where to get it: Trading in Team Stat points: 5,000,000 Team Points (3,750,000 if your Team controls the Power Plant).
