What it does: Boosts Water Attacks.

• Evolves Eevee into Vaporeon when held at the Evolution Gym.
• Evolves Wailmer into Wailord when held at the Evolution Gym.
• Evolves Clamperl into Gorebyss when held at the Evolution Gym.
• Evolves Panpour into Simipour when held at the Evolution Gym.

How to get it: Breeding Clamperl, Huntail or Gorebyss with each other. There is a small chance that one of the eggs will contain the item Mystic Water.
