What it does: Allows you to change 
Hoopa forms at the Evolution Gym. Breaks after a single use.
How to get it: Obtained through placing top 10 in the Swarming Hoopa event during the week of Halloween, 2021. Also obtained on the Team Stats page for 500,000 Team Points on Halloween day, 2021.
