How to get it: Charged Rod turns into Scrap Metal when your team loses control of the Power Plant. Training Bonuses also turn into Scrap Metals at the end of every week.
Additional Details:
Scrap Metals comes with a numeration after their names to track the month they were obtained. Ex: Scrap Metal 67 or Scrap Metal 59.
