What it does: Evolves Pikachu into Raichu (Alola) and Rockruff into Lycanroc (Dusk) when held at the Evolution Gym.

How to get it: Trading in Team Stat points: 1 Team Point (Only if your Team controls the Power Plant. It will expire and turn into Scrap Metal if your team loses control).
