Jirachi	Special promo when TPPC hit 500,000 accounts. ShinyJirachi is obtained by beating Unown Tower. GoldenJirachi was released as the TPPC New Years Promo 2014-2015 by defeating the Mysterious Trainer.
Deoxys	Obtained by attaching DNA Strand to your starter and defeating Deoxys in battle. Battle pops up randomly on the bottom of your screen. ShinyDeoxys and DarkDeoxys used to be obtained by spending Team Points in previous versions. Deoxys Attack/Defense/Speed form is obtained by attaching X Attack/X Defense/X Speed respectively, to a normal form Deoxys and defeating the Evolution Gym.

Arceus	Obtained by defeating the 17 Arceus at the Origin Tower, which is unlocked by having 6 Azure Flutes attached to your roster.

Keldeo	Obtained by defeating Generation Tower with Terrakion, Cobalion and Virizon in roster (no specific order).
Meloetta	Obtained by defeating the Gym Championship Rematch.
Genesect	Obtained by defeating Elemental Tower. GoldenGenesect is obtained via winning SS Anne Challenge by more than the most wins someone ever won by.
